Accessibility
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Everyone should be able to book a golf cart, including guests using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and treat accessibility problems in the booking flow as bugs, not suggestions.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with labelled landmarks, form fields, and controls throughout the booking flow.
- Full keyboard operability — menus, dialogs, and the chat assistant close on Escape and return focus.
- Text alternatives on meaningful images and status messages announced to assistive technology.
- Color contrast and touch-target sizes checked against WCAG AA on new work.
Where we honestly are
The site is young and not yet formally audited against every success criterion. If you hit something that doesn’t work with your setup, that’s information we want.
Tell us — and get booked anyway
Email support@cartbooker.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Two promises: we’ll look at the reported barrier, and in the meantime we’ll complete your booking by email so the barrier never costs you the cart.
