What does CartBooker cost?
Listing, claiming, and receiving guest availability requests are free — no signup fee, no monthly fee. CartBooker earns a flat 10% commission on the rental subtotal only when a booking is made through CartBooker. Walk-ins, phone bookings, and your own website are always 0%.
How do payments work?
Guests prepay online at your listed price, charged through your own Stripe account — you are the merchant of record. For booking requests, the guest's card is only charged when you accept.
How do I hear about requests, and how fast do I have to answer?
You get an email and a text the moment a request lands, and you can accept or decline by simply replying YES or NO to the text. Requests stay open up to 24 hours (shorter for last-minute trips, and never less than 2 hours) before they expire.
How do I avoid double bookings?

What does “unclaimed listing” mean — and can I have mine removed?
An unclaimed listing was built by CartBooker from your publicly available business information, clearly labeled as unverified, with your own website and phone number shown for direct contact. Claim it to control it — or use “Request removal” on the listing and we'll take it down.
