Driving in Panama City Beach
- LSVs can drive on roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less.
- Regular golf carts are limited to roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less.
- Operators must have a valid driver's license to drive LSVs.
- Only 300 LSVs are available for rent in the city limits.
- Most rentals require drivers to be 21+ with full-coverage insurance.
